水平段流体流动规律复杂,针对于水平井积液情况的研究,不能单纯的Turner公式或者其修正公式去计算水平井筒的携液临界流量。利用质点分析理论,推导出适合于本研究区的水平井筒的最小携液临界流量计算公式。通过分析可得理论公式计算成果与实际压力梯度测试资料得到的积液情况较为吻合。对研究区27口水平井的积液情况进行了更进一步的分析,针对于积液不严重的井应进行短期扩嘴排液,以减缓积液情况。
The fluid flow in horizontal section is complicated. According to the research of horizontal well fluid, the Turner formula or its modified formula can not be used to calculate the critical flow of horizontal wellbore. Based on the theory of particle analysis, the formula of the minimum liquid-carrying critical flow rate of horizontal wellbore suitable for this study area is deduced. By analyzing the available theoretical formula to calculate the results and the actual pressure gradient test data obtained fluid more in line with the situation. Further investigation was made on the effusion of 27 horizontal wells in the study area. Aiming at the wells with less serious effusion, a short-term expansion nozzle drainage should be carried out to reduce the effusion.
