眼压升高眼球扩张为众所周知。本文报告用照相角膜镜测量角膜与眼压变化之间的关系。测量原发性开角型青光眼64人、继发性青光眼26人、原发性闭角型青光眼8人、先天性和幼儿型青光眼5人、其他7人,合计110人198眼。眼压在照相角膜镜摄影之前以Goldmann压平眼压计测量。角膜形态测量,用照相角膜镜把角膜上的Placido盘像做计算机处理。用照相角
IOP is known for its increased intraocular pressure. This paper reports the use of photographic keratometry to measure the relationship between corneal and intraocular pressure changes. Sixty-four primary open-angle glaucoma, 26 secondary glaucoma, 8 primary angle-closure glaucoma, 5 congenital and toddler glaucoma, and 7 others were included, totaling 110 and 198 eyes. Intraocular pressure was measured with a Goldmann tonometer before photographic corneal photography. Corneal morphology was measured using a photographic cornea with a Placido disk on the cornea. With the camera angle
