随着高尔夫运动的蓬勃发展,高尔夫企业对高尔夫专业人才的需求也不断增多。但是社会对高尔夫专业人才的要求也越来越高,很多学生毕业之后并不能完全适应市场的需求,这将不得不刺激相关拥有高尔夫服务与管理专业院校的深思,所以对高尔夫专业人才的培养也应审时度势,优化高校高尔夫专业的人才培养模式,培养高尔夫运动发展所需求的高素质综合应用型人才。本文采用采用文献资料法访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法对南京林业大学、南京体育学院、江苏经贸职业技术学院等多家专业学校的高尔夫教师和体育主管部门领导,以及江苏省30所高尔夫球场的相关从业人员作为调查对象,对江苏省高尔夫服务与管理人才需求的现状进行调查。并分析其存在的问题同时提出合理性对策。

This paper adopts the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and other research methods to the leadership of golf teachers and sports departments of Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing Institute of Physical Education, Jiangsu Vocational College of Economics and Trade and many other professional schools, as well as 30 golf courses in Jiangsu Province Of the relevant practitioners as a survey object, the status of demand for golf service and management personnel in Jiangsu Province to investigate. Analyzes its existing problems and puts forward reasonable measures.
