前言我厂是生产磨床的专业厂,铸件品种多、批量少。如何改变铸造生产的面貌,特别是提高大、中型铸件的质量和生产率、减轻铸造工人的劳动强度,一直是我们的一个重要课题。一九七二年,我们自行设计、制造了两台25米~3/时单轨移动式抛砂机(图1),并相继安装、调试及使用。经过八年生产实践考验,该机性能良好,符合设计要求,为铸造生产提供了有效的装备。
Preface Our factory is a professional factory producing grinders, castings and more varieties, less volume. How to change the appearance of foundry production, especially improving the quality and productivity of large and medium-sized castings and reducing the labor intensity of foundry workers, has always been an important issue for us. In 1972, we designed and manufactured two 25m ~ 3 / monorail mobile sand throwers (Figure 1), which we installed, debugged and used in succession. After eight years of production practice test, the machine performance is good, in line with the design requirements for casting production provides an effective equipment.
