采用位移门槛电压控制焊接过程,进行了变压式和等压式扁钢带直流电阻对焊试验.结果表明,增大位移门槛值或者减小预压力,可增大塑性金属的变形程度,这有利于将杂质从接合界面挤出.
The displacement threshold voltage control welding process was used to test the DC resistance butt welding of the transformers and the equal pressure flat steel strip.The results show that increasing the displacement threshold or decreasing the preloading pressure can increase the deformation degree of the plastic metal, It is advantageous to extrude the impurities from the bonding interface.
