目的探讨高性能战斗机(HPF)飞行员所需具备的体格条件,评价特殊的选拔体检项目。方法首先经各单位初检后选出62名健康状况较好的飞行员作为HPF候选者,然后进行了离心机G耐力测试;颈椎、胸椎、腰椎正侧位片、双斜位摄片、心血管机能检查;临床各科病史采集,体格检查,辅诊检查。结果G耐力测试中,经短时间离心机训练较难达到预定的基础耐力4.25G标准,此项淘汰比例为30%。脊椎X线片显示了飞行员无症状颈椎、腰椎异常改变者较多。其它项目检查又出现数例亚临床疾病(如肾微小结石、脑电图异常、乙肝病毒携带等)。结论经选拔体检后,充分暴露了健康飞行员机体内潜在的异常改变和进入HPF训练可能存在的危险因素。最后评定要充分论证受检者的检查结果是否符合新型机种的航空生理要求,但也必须考虑飞行员候选者数量受限的事实;经过航空医学、临床医学专家共同研究,综合分析,客观、恰当进行评定,同时对于某些异常改变,要加强随访观察,了解高G暴露后的远期影响。
Objective To investigate the physical conditions required for HPF pilots and to evaluate the special selection of physical examination items. Methods 62 pilots with good health status were selected as the HPF candidates after the initial examination of each unit, then the G endurance test of the centrifuge was performed. The cervical, thoracic, lumbar positive lateral radiographs, double oblique radiographs, cardiovascular Functional tests; medical history collection of all subjects, physical examination, secondary examination. Results G endurance test, the short-term centrifuge training difficult to achieve the predetermined basic endurance 4.25G standard, the elimination ratio of 30%. Spine X-ray film shows the pilot asymptomatic cervical spine, lumbar abnormalities were more. There are several other subcategories of subclinical disease (such as small renal calculus, EEG abnormalities, hepatitis B virus carriers, etc.). Conclusion After the selective physical examinations, the potential abnormal changes in the body of healthy pilots and the possible risk factors for entering HPF training are fully exposed. The final assessment should fully demonstrate whether the test results meet the aerobics requirements of the new aircraft but must also consider the limited number of pilot candidates. After joint research and comprehensive analysis by aeromedical and clinical medical experts, objective and appropriate Assessment, at the same time for some abnormal changes, to strengthen follow-up observation to understand the long-term effects of high-G exposure.
