9月16日至28日,按照国家电网公司统一安排,我参加了国家电网公司第一期赴德国高级管理人员培训班。临行前,公司党组书记、总经理刘振亚在动员大会上作重要讲话,并亲赴德国参加开班典礼。曹志安副总经理带队全程参加培训,体现了公司党组对本次培训的高度重视。实施境外高级管理人员培训,是国家电网公司党组着眼“建设世界一流电网、建设国际一流企业”作出的重大决策,集中展示了国家电网公司面向未来、面向世界、开放进取的国际化战略眼光,对扩展高级管理人员的全球化视野,提高高级管理人员素质,推进“两个转变”,加快“一强三优”现代公司建设意义重大。
