以低碳微合金化钢为研究对象,探讨了不同V-Cr微合金化成分对钢筋微观组织和抗震性能的影响。结果表明,V-Cr复合微合金化后,钢筋具有较好的抗震性能,且钢筋中弥散析出了VC、Cr3C等析出物。微合金钢的强化方式主要为析出强化和细晶强化。
The effects of different V-Cr microalloyed components on the microstructure and seismic performance of the rebar were investigated with low-carbon micro-alloyed steels. The results show that the rebar has good anti-seismic performance after V-Cr composite micro-alloying, and the precipitates of VC, Cr3C and so on are precipitated in the rebar. The main strengthening methods of microalloyed steel are precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening.
