选用A和B两种硅烷偶联剂对纳米Mg(OH)2进行表面预处理,用TEM研究了纳米Mg(OH)2在ABS树脂中的分散情况,探讨了纳米Mg(OH)2的用量对复合材料阻燃性能的影响,并采用毛细管流变仪对复合材料的加工流动性能进行了分析.结果表明,经硅烷偶联剂B预处理的纳米Mg(OH)2在ABS中的分散效果较好,且复合材料的阻燃性得到改进,当γ在102～103s-1范围,复合材料的流动性较好,加工性能优良.
