《英语课程标准》的核心理念是以人为本,在英语教学中应充分尊重学生的个体差异,因地制宜、因人施教,以学生的全面发展作为英语教学的出发点和归宿点。分层教学即在教学活动设计时,力求做到层次化、难易分明,既符合教材内容,又能与学生的能力水平和认知特征相适应,做到真正意义上的“分层不分班”。使每位学生都能得到求知的满足感,激发出学习兴趣,从而提高英语教学的质量和效率。
The core concept of “English Curriculum Standard” is people-oriented. In English teaching, students should be fully respected the individual differences, according to local conditions, people teaching, with all-round development of students as the starting point and destination of English teaching. Layered teaching is to design teaching activities, and strive to achieve a hierarchical, easy to distinguish, both in line with the textbook content, but also with the level of students’ ability and cognitive characteristics to adapt to the true sense of the “stratification Division ”.
