网店新规的背后不只是税收,更沉重的是民生。在两会关注民生的热潮中,网店注册、收税的话题再次被代表们炒得沸沸扬扬。在传出网店新规或将在2010年重新出台的消息后,不少两会提案和议题,也涉及到网店和电子商务的发展。然而,这次舆论的焦点,不仅仅存在于电子商务的规范,也包含着更多对网络民生的关注。
