采用十字簧板支承可有效提高激光核聚变光路系统中的大口径伺服反射镜的稳定性和可调节性。理论上介绍了十字簧板支承的设计原理及基本特性,并从实验上验证了这种结构对核聚变光路稳定性的影响。
The use of cross-leaf spring support plate can effectively improve the optical system of large-caliber servo mirror in the stability and adjustability. In theory, the design principle and basic characteristics of the cross-slab support are introduced, and the influence of this structure on the stability of the nuclear fusion light-path is verified experimentally.
