(本刊讯记者高绍安)第七次全国民事审判工作会议1月5-6日在山东济南召开。中共中央政治局常委、中央政法委书记罗干出席并讲话。全国人大常委会副委员长顾秀莲出席会议,最高人民法院院长肖扬作了题为《建设公正高效权威的民事审判制度,为构建社会主义和谐社会提供有力司法保障》的主题报告。
(Our correspondent Gao Shaoan) The Seventh National Civil Trial Work Meeting was held January 5-6 in Jinan, Shandong. Luo Gan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Political and Legal Committee attended and made a speech. Gu Xiulian, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, attended the meeting. Xiao Yang, the president of the Supreme People’s Court, delivered a keynote speech entitled “Building a Fair, Efficient and Authoritative Civil Trial System and Providing Strong Judicial Assurance for Building a Socialist Harmonious Society.”
