随着全球化趋势的增强,国际经济失衡会通过经济链条在全球范围内传递。从某种意义上说,国际经济失衡和国际货币体系缺陷是金融危机爆发的前提条件。从目前国际形势和中国国内形势来看,金融危机对中国出口的影响已经逐步显现,因而如何应对金融危机,并且想出有效的对策,同时还能在这次危机中抓住机遇,加快我国的经济发展,是我国目前的首要任务。
As globalization accelerates, the imbalances in the international economy will be delivered globally through the economic chain. In a sense, the imbalances in the international economy and the deficits in the international monetary system are the prerequisites for the outbreak of the financial crisis. Judging from the current international situation and the domestic situation in China, the impact of the financial crisis on China’s exports has gradually emerged. Therefore, how to cope with the financial crisis and come up with effective countermeasures? At the same time, we can seize the opportunities in this crisis and speed up China’s Economic development is the top priority of our country at present.
