目的对安徽省2012年小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌分离株进行PFGE分型,分析菌株相关性。方法对22株菌株通过血清凝集实验和生物分型了解菌株生物学特征,采用PFGE对菌株进行分子分型,并分析PFGE与血清型和生物型的关系。结果 22株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌分为11个生物型别,K6GN11C30021为优势PFGE型。结论 PFGE与血清型和生物型有一定相关性,提示PFGE可用于分析爆发流行和常规监测,追踪传染源。
Objective To analyze the PFGE genotype of Yersinia enterocolitica isolates from Anhui Province in 2012 and analyze the correlation between the strains. Methods Twenty-two isolates were tested for their biological characteristics by serum agglutination test and bio-typing. PFGE was used to screen the strains for molecular typing. The relationship between PFGE and serotypes and biotypes was analyzed. Results Twenty-two strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were divided into 11 biological types and K6GN11C30021 was predominant PFGE type. Conclusion PFGE has some correlation with serotypes and biotypes, suggesting that PFGE can be used to analyze the outbreak epidemic and routine surveillance to track the source of infection.
