在传统热化学技术中催化体系为酸,使热化学反应速度不可控,达到“热峰值”时间短,安全不能保证。又因反应时间不可控,所以在施工中多为双液法,反应液不能混合均匀,效果较差。因此,反应时间的不可控性是传统热化学反应存在不足的主要原因。针对传统热化学技术存在的不足,通过技术攻关,解决了困扰该技术的反应速度问题,可以根据不同工艺情况控制反应时间,为该技术的广泛应用提供了可能。

Because of the reaction time is not controllable, so in the construction of mostly double-liquid method, the reaction liquid can not be mixed evenly, the effect is poor. Therefore, the uncontrollable reaction time is the main reason for the lack of traditional thermochemical reaction. Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional thermochemical technology, through solving the technical problems, it solves the problem of the reaction speed which troubles the technology, and can control the reaction time according to the different process conditions, which provides the possibility for the wide application of the technology.
