目的:对比手指脉搏血压持续监测(FNBPM)和24 h动态血压(24 h ABPM)测量的血压变异性(BPV)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)的相关性。方法:分别使用FNBPM和24 h ABPM测量60例患者的BPV,用超声测量受检者CIMT。结果:CIMT增厚组(CIMT≥1.0 mm)年龄比CIMT正常组(CIMT<1.0 mm)年龄大(P<0.001);24 h ABPM测量的24 h收缩血压变异性(SBPV)和FNBPM测量的10 min SBPV、10 min DBPV与CIMT存在相关性,各个时间段的平均BPV与CIMT不存在相关性。多元线性回归法分析发现只有FNBPM测量的10 min舒张血压变异性SBPV与CIMT存在相关性。结论:使用FNBPM测量的BPV更能反映与CIMT的相关性。
PURPOSE: To compare the correlation between BPV and CIMT measured by FNBPM and 24 h ABPM. METHODS: BPV was measured in 60 patients using FNBPM and 24 h ABPM, respectively, and CIMT was measured with ultrasound. RESULTS: The age at CIMT thickened group (CIMT≥1.0 mm) was older than that of normal CIMT group (CIMT <1.0 mm) (P <0.001). The systolic blood pressure variability (SBPV) min SBPV, 10 min DBPV and CIMT there is a correlation between the average BPV and CIMT of each time period does not exist correlation. Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that only 10 min diastolic BP variability SBPV measured by FNBPM correlated with CIMT. Conclusion: BPV measured by FNBPM better reflect the correlation with CIMT.
