草酸催化玉米芯水解制备糠醛的研究

以生物质原料水解制备糠醛具有广阔的应用前景,但是目前工业上所使用的硫酸、盐酸催化剂都具有较强的毒性和腐蚀性,急需开发一种安全、绿色、高效的催化剂.以玉米芯为原料,以草酸为催化剂催化玉米芯水解制备糠醛.分别考查了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对原料玉米芯液化率和糠醛收率的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:反应温度180℃,反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量占玉米芯进料质量的8%.最佳条件下玉米芯液化率为43.06%,糠醛收率达到11.21%.对玉米芯及不同反应时间下的反应残渣进行了X射线衍射(XRD)和热重分析(TG),分析结果表明,玉米芯中有效组分已经明显降解.
