本院经脑电地形图检测小儿中枢神经系统病变97例,其中窒息新生儿32例,16/32显示静态睡眠绝对功率与动态睡眠及清醒的时相变化消失或倒置;脑肿瘤15例,7/15大脑半球肿瘤显出局灶δ、θ高功率区;癫痫47例,10例失神发作呈笙形变化、15例局灶性发作呈局灶性高功率区,全身性发作22例,10/22显示局灶性高功率区;急性偏瘫综合征5例,均示一侧性δ、θ高功率区。因此,脑电地形图能更客观、形象和定量地了解脑功能改变。
In our hospital, 97 patients with central nervous system diseases were detected by EEG topography, including 32 neonates with asphyxia, 16 of 32 showed disappearance or inversion of static sleep absolute power and dynamic sleep and awake phase changes; 15 cases of brain tumors, 7 / 15 hemisphere tumors showed focal δ, θ high power zone; 47 cases of epilepsy, 10 cases of deafness showed Sheng-shaped changes in 15 cases of focal seizures were focal high-power area, systemic attacks in 22 cases, 10 / 22 showed focal high power zone; acute hemiplegia syndrome in 5 cases, all showed one-sided δ, θ high-power zone. Therefore, EEG topography can understand brain function changes more objectively, vividly and quantitatively.
