采用了两种常用的胶粉改性沥青(CRMA)制备方法——McDonald法和高剪切分散法分别制备了McDonald胶粉改性沥青(MCRMA)和高剪切胶粉改性沥青(SCRMA)并在薄膜烘箱中进行老化试验。考察了胶粉改性沥青在老化前后的常规性质,并采用红外光谱、动态剪切流变(DSR)等方法对两种CRMA的微观组成和宏观性能进行分析。结果表明:老化对CRMA的常规性质、化学组成以及流变性能影响显著,老化后CRMA的流变变化与红外分析结果相吻合;采用McDonald法制备的胶粉改性沥青具有更好的抗老化性能。
Two commonly used methods for preparation of rubber-modified asphalt (CRMA) -McDonald method and high-shear dispersion method were used to prepare McDonald powder modified asphalt (MCRMA) and high shear rubber modified asphalt (SCRMA) And in the film oven aging test. The conventional properties of rubber powder modified asphalt before and after aging were investigated. The microstructure and macroscopic properties of the two kinds of CRMA were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and dynamic shear rheology (DSR). The results show that aging has a significant effect on the conventional properties, chemical composition and rheological properties of CRMA. The rheological behavior of CRMA after aging is consistent with that of infrared analysis. The rubber modified asphalt prepared by McDonald method has better anti-aging properties .
