本文研究了测定薄壁筒形件残余应力分布的曲率挠度法(贝尔格法),提出了内外剥层法残余应力分布的统一计算公式,补充了径向残余应力计算式和原贝尔格法的切向附加应力计算式中漏掉的δ(x)因子。文中还介绍了应用该方法测定强力旋压薄壁简形件残余应力分布得到的实验结果。所得结果与实际变形相符,综合测量误差约为6%,能满足工程应用的要求。
In this paper, the curvature deflection method (Belga method) for measuring the residual stress distribution of thin-walled cylindrical parts is studied. The unified formula for calculating the residual stress distribution of the inner and outer sheathing methods is proposed. The formula of radial residual stress and the original Bel- The δ (x) factor missing from tangential additional stress calculation. The experimental results of the residual stress distribution of the thin-wall thin-walled parts subjected to strong spinning are also introduced in this paper. The result is consistent with the actual deformation, the integrated measurement error is about 6%, which can meet the requirements of engineering application.
