主要通过对人体解剖法在中国的确立、发展和完善过程的描述，从而阐明中国的人体解剖是怎样一步步地走上法制化的轨道，同时也说明了尸体解剖规则与医学发展的密切关系以及医学法学需要进一步加深研究的缘由。 Through the description of the process of establishing, developing and perfecting the human anatomy in China, this paper illustrates how human anatomy in China step by step toward the legal system.
