在初中班级的管理当中,越来越需要教师注重方式方法。初中阶段的学生正在处于青春期,叛逆心理较强,不愿意被束缚,而且对于新鲜事物也有很强的好奇心。所以教师的管理方法变得尤为重要,否则对于学生只会起到反作用,让学生越来越讨厌学校、厌倦学习。将教育激励理论应用在班里的管理当中,有利于培养学生对于学校班级的喜爱度。不再以批评教育的方式来教导学生,而是更多的以鼓励、表扬的方式,不再单一的以成绩好坏为标准来评判学生,使其逐渐抵消抗拒心理,教师慢慢引导学生走向正确的学习乃至人生方向。
In the management of junior high school classes, teachers are increasingly required to focus on ways and means. Students in junior high school are in adolescence. They have strong rebellious psychology and are unwilling to be bound. They also have strong curiosity about new things. Therefore, the management methods of teachers have become more important.
