采用预浸法缠绕工艺制备了F-12纤维/氰酸酯树脂基复合材料NOL环、层合板和Ф150 mm压力容器,研究了F-12纤维/氰酸酯复合材料的力学性能以及断口微观形貌。研究结果表明,F-12纤维/氰酸酯复合材料的层间剪切强度≤35 MPa,Ф150 mm压力容器特性系数PV/Wc值达到34.22 km,纤维强度转化率达到70.22%,断口破坏形式以F-12芳纶纤维撕裂和微纤化为主。
F-12 fiber / cyanate resin matrix composite NOL rings, laminates and Ф150 mm pressure vessels were prepared by the pre-impregnation method. The mechanical properties of F-12 fiber / cyanate composite and the microstructure of fracture surface appearance. The results show that the interlaminar shear strength of F-12 fiber / cyanate composite is less than 35 MPa, the characteristic coefficient PV / Wc of Ф150 mm pressure vessel reaches 34.22 km, and the fiber strength conversion rate reaches 70.22% F-12 aramid fiber tearing and microfibrillation-based.
