本文报道了曼氏血吸虫尾蚴在各种试液中的发育和转化为童虫的过程。实验用的尾蚴是从感染的扁卷螺中收集的曼氏血吸虫波多黎各株,按Lewerl方法制备每毫升含650~2,000条尾蚴的混悬液。实验用的小白鼠重26~29克,Wistar大白鼠重200~300克。“培养基Ⅱ”内含等份的灭能兔血清和Eagle盐水、0.5%乳蛋白水解物、0.1%葡萄糖、100单位/毫升的青霉毒和100微克/毫升的链霉素。鉴定血吸虫童虫常用的标准是:1.尾蚴尾巴脱落,2.在淡水内不活动,而在生理盐水内能活动,3.腹吸盘前腺排空,4.在培养液里的存活力。
This article reports the development of Schistosoma mansoni cercariae in various test solutions and the process of transformation into Schistosoma japonicum. The experimental cercariae were S. mansoni Puerto Rico collected from infected flat snails and a suspension containing 650-2,000 cercariae per milliliter was prepared according to the Lewerl method. Experimental mice weighing 26 to 29 grams, Wistar rats weighing 200 to 300 grams. Medium II contained aliquots of ablative rabbit serum and Eagle’s salt water, 0.5% milk protein hydrolyzate, 0.1% glucose, 100 units / ml of penicillin and 100 μg / ml of streptomycin. Schistosoma schistosomula identification of commonly used criteria are: 1. Cercariae tail off, 2. In the freshwater inactivity, and in the physiological activity of saline, 3. Abdominal suction cup before evacuation, 4. In the culture fluid in the viability.
