以高温梭式窑的工艺控制为背景,分析了影响系统温度的各个主要因素,确定系统温度控制方案为采用3个单闭环PID的控制方式。采用S7-300PLC作为下位机,用以采集实时数据与控制现场设备。将工控机作为监控系统的上位机,通过组态王软件实现对下位机的实时监控。实验室仿真结果表明:监控系统完全能够满足系统工艺控制要求,稳定性高,在温度控制精度与跟随特性上能够满足产品生产的要求,具有一定的借鉴价值。
Taking the process control of high temperature shuttle kiln as the background, the main factors influencing the system temperature are analyzed, and the control scheme of the system temperature is determined by adopting three single closed-loop PID control methods. Using S7-300PLC as the next crew, to capture real-time data and control of field equipment. The IPC as the monitoring system of the host computer, through the king of configuration software to achieve real-time monitoring of the next crew. Laboratory simulation results show that: the monitoring system can fully meet the requirements of the system process control, high stability, temperature control accuracy and follow characteristics to meet the requirements of product production, with some reference value.
