最近几年作者测定了一些应用苯的实验室,现简短报告一些调查结果。生化实验室:自1970年夏起,实验室每周二次分析黄体酮和β-雌二醇,以含苯85%的溶剂淬取三个小层析柱中的类固醇,并倒入试管和烧瓶中。房间很小,只有一般的通风设备。化学师血液中白细胞降低至2,900以下,其中粒细胞仅1,300。1971年7月停止分析工作后,其白细胞计数又回升到正常水平。在同一房间中一名年轻的女实验员做实验辅助工作(从1971年1月19日—5月19日),其血小板明显降低,在停止工作时又恢复正常。骨髓象正常。以气相色谱测定工作地点的苯浓度为17~22ppm,尿酚未测定。
In recent years, the authors have measured some laboratories using benzene and now briefly report some findings. Biochemical Laboratory: Since the summer of 1970, the laboratory analyzed progesterone and beta-estradiol twice a week, sterilized the three small columns with 85% benzene and poured them into test tubes and flasks in.
