Objective To study the anticorrosive effect of preservative perfusion and wet preservation in the saturated liquid of compound salt with pig carcasses. The anticorrosive effect was observed on 7 d, 120 d and 420 d respectively. Methods Eight experimental animals (experimental group and control group) were sacrificed by air embolism with auricle veins, and the control group were kept in the room at room temperature. The experimental group was treated with antiseptic perfusion fluid through the common carotid artery, Preservation of fluid preservation method. Results The control group was stored in the room at room temperature for 7 days, and the corrosive smell was more obvious and appeared more severe in the eyes. The pig carcasses of the experimental group were observed without any corrosive phenomenon on the 120th day. The tissue structure of some organs was observed under the microscope Clear, the nucleus can be seen, lightly stained or disappear; at 420 d pig carcasses were observed without corrosive macroscopically, microscopic observation of the organizational structure of organs fuzzy, the nucleus occasionally or disappeared. The results show that the antiseptic experiment 120 d better than 420 d. Conclusions The experimental results show that the anticorrosive preservation solution is safe in the short term after the pig carcasses are perfused with the common carotid artery perfusion solution of anticorrosive perfusate of the compound saturated salt solution in a short period of time. The anticorrosive preservative solution is effective for short term caries preservation in the medical anatomy, funeral departments and public security departments Reference.
