我们在实验室条件下,研究了氟乐灵对于小麦、玉米种于抑制出苗的最低浓度及其对苗根的影响,氟乐灵是否随水渗淋从而与种子或根系接触造成药害,以及在小麦和玉米种子不接触氟乐灵的条件下,能否出苗生长等问题。并在此基础上进行了氟乐灵的田间试验,观察其在浅混土条件下的除草效果。 室内试验证明,氟乐灵抑制种子发芽生长的最低浓度,小麦为0.48ppm,玉米为4.8ppm,在常用量条件下,小麦、玉米种子直接与氟乐灵接触,其种子出苗、根的生长
