随着课程改革的不断深入,教学内容、教学方法得到不断改善,师资力量也逐渐提高,让中学音乐教育步入了蓬勃发展的春天。但由于初中音乐课程的建设相对滞后、学校对音乐课开设的不重视、教师课改的意识不强,加之缺乏对课程资源开发与利用等原因,致使音乐教学困囿于书本,割裂了音乐教学与生活的实际。《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出,在音乐教学中要积极开发并利用校内外各种课程资源,充分发挥图书馆、音乐教室及各类教学设施的作用,广泛利用校内外的社会资源和丰富的自然资源。
