冯培恩,博士生导师,全国政协常委。1943年10月生于上海,1965年毕业于同济大学机电系工程机械专业本科,1985年获联邦德国柏林工业大学工学博士学位,1989年起任浙江大学教授,先后担任机械设计研究所所长、浙江大学机械系系主任,现任浙江大学副校长,兼研究生院副院长和浙江大学远程教育学院院长。
Feng Pei-en, doctoral tutor, CPPCC Standing Committee. Born in Shanghai in October 1943, graduated from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department of Tongji University in 1965 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and mechanical engineering from the German Federal Institute of Technology in Berlin in 1985. Since 1989, he has been a professor at Zhejiang University and successively served as director of the Institute of Mechanical Design. Zhejiang University, director of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, currently vice president of Zhejiang University, and vice president of Graduate School and Zhejiang University Dean of Distance Education.
