动态电子轨道衡是快速自动称量铁路车辆的一种衡器设备。文章首先对动态轨道衡的称重原理进行分析,并在此基础上建立数学模型,最后介绍设计的动态轨道衡基础实验平台。该平台由拉压传感器、数据采集卡等构成,用虚拟仪器开发环境Lab-VIEW构建软件平台,通过算法分析与设计实现称重和台面受压情况的3D显示,最后对平台的性能进行测试,并给出测试结果。
Dynamic electronic railroad track scale is an automatic weighing equipment for weighing railway vehicles. Firstly, the paper analyzes the weighing principle of the dynamic railroad scale and builds the mathematical model on this basis. Finally, it introduces the design of the dynamic railroad scale basic experimental platform. The platform is composed of tension and pressure sensors, data acquisition card and so on. The software platform is constructed by Lab-VIEW, a virtual instrument development environment. Through the analysis and design of algorithms, 3D display of weighing and table compression is carried out. Finally, the platform performance is tested, And give the test result.
