2005至2007年两年多的时间里,《酿酒》杂志刊登了我的18篇“葡萄酒古董研究”文章;2008到2009年,又是两年过去了,蒙《酿酒》青睐,再次登载了11篇“葡萄酒古董西洋画欣赏”文章。这次,总编邀我探讨“葡萄酒古董中的人物”专题,我想,这是一件十分有意义的事,因为,知道这些事情的人太少了。与其他类似文章截然不同的是,作者从开始研究到现在,在孤独地、脚踏实地地做一个人的葡萄酒文化研究,在用史实和文物(古董)做开蒙的事情。“葡萄酒古董中的人物”专题,按照人物诞生时间排序,陆续出场的著名抑或非著名人物众多,有造人造酒的上帝和健硕典雅的古希腊男女、有花钱买醉的葡萄牙醉鬼和凝固在挂毯上的中世纪酒农,亦有以其名字命名的加糖法和分析方法的夏普塔及盖·吕萨克,更有葡萄酒化学的奠基人李比希和声誉满满的巴斯德。每篇文章都用各种古董实物给予印证,更有雕版人物头像让看官认识和领略近代葡萄酒科学家的风采。以实际行动普及葡萄酒文化,努力展示葡萄酒古董的风采,使读者在享受文化大餐的同时,接受高雅的文化滋养,我想,这样做与和谐社会的建设和《酿酒》杂志的主旨是完全相同的。
In the more than two years from 2005 to 2007, Wine Magazine published my 18 articles on “Wine Antiques Research”. Two years later from 2008 to 2009, it was favored by “Winemaking” and published again 11 articles “wine antique Western painting appreciate” article. This time, the editor-in-chief invites me to discuss the topic of “Characters in Vintage Antiquities”. I think this is a very meaningful issue because too few people know about these things.
