目的:研究黄药子的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了14个化合物,分别为豆甾醇(1),正二十酸单甘油酯(2),1,7-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1E,4E,6E-heptatrien-3-one(3),山萮酸(4),去甲基山药素Ⅳ(5),2,3′-二羟基-4,′5′-二甲氧基联苄(6),黄药子素B(7),黄药子素D(8),阿魏酸二十二酯(9),7-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4E,6E-heptad ien-3-one(10),5,3,′4′-三羟基-3,7-二甲氧基黄酮(11),3,4,′5-三羟基-3′-甲氧基联苄(12),原儿茶酸(13),腺苷(14)。结论:化合物2~4,6,9,10,12,14均为首次从该属植物中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were identified by physicochemical methods and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from 95% ethanol extracts, stigmasterol (1), monoglyceride (2), and 1,7-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1E. 4E, 6E-heptatrien-3-one (3), maslinic acid (4), demethylgermanium IV (5), 2,3’-dihydroxy-4,5’-dimethoxybibenzyl (6), Diospermine B (7), Diospermine D (8), Behenate ferulic acid (9), 7-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4E, 6E-heptad ien-3-one ( 10), 5,3,’4’-trihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone (11), 3,4,’5-trihydroxy-3’-methoxybibenzyl (12), original Catechin (13), adenosine (14). Conclusion: Compounds 2~4,6,9,10,12,14 were all isolated from this genus for the first time.
