随着人工耳蜗植入在临床应用的逐渐广泛,人们对其前庭刺激现象越来越关注。有文献报道:使用耳蜗植入装置后运动平台试验显示姿势下稳程度增高;可出现因交叉刺激而产生的面种经或去咽神经痛;电流刺激扬窗可产生前庭诱发电位。由此推测:耳蜗推入装置可产生电流扩散刺激前庭?
With the widespread use of cochlear implants in clinical practice, people pay more and more attention to the phenomenon of vestibular stimulation. It has been reported in the literature that the use of cochlear implant device after exercise platform test showed that the posture increased degree of stability; there may be due to cross-stimulation caused by surface or pharyngeal neuralgia; current window can stimulate the vestibular evoked potentials. From this speculation: cochlear implant device can produce current diffusion stimulating the vestibule?
