与热固性树脂相比,紫外线固化树脂用作结合剂可减少空气污染烟雾,并将固化时间从数小时缩短到数分钟,因此生产成本大幅度降低。为了发挥这些优点,人们开发出了紫外线固化树脂结合剂切断刀片。而所谓三层切断刀片是一种新概念刀片。该刀片的结构为:粗磨粒内层用于切断;细磨粒外层则同时用于精整加工。为了优化刀片内外层的非均匀磨耗,提高了外层金刚石磨粒浓度并将几种纤维作为填充剂与树脂混合。切断试验结果表明,与热固性树脂刀片和其它单层紫外线固化树脂刀片相比,三层刀片的切断性能得到改善。
Compared with thermosetting resins, the use of UV curable resins as a binder reduces air pollution fumes and reduces curing time from hours to minutes, resulting in a significant reduction in production costs. In order to play these advantages, people have developed a UV-curable resin bond cutting blade. The so-called three-layer cutting blade is a new concept blade. The structure of the blade is as follows: the coarse abrasive grain inner layer is used for cutting; the fine abrasive grain outer layer is also used for finishing processing. In order to optimize the non-uniform wear of the inner and outer blades, the outer diamond diamond abrasive concentration is increased and several fibers are mixed with the resin as a filler. The cut-off test results show that the trimming blade has improved cutting performance compared to the thermosetting resin blade and other single-layer UV-curable resin blades.
