介绍了克乌成品油管道复线的工程概况和投产试压过程中发生的2次爆管事故。从管材强度和管体缺陷、高频焊接制管工艺、制管流程的质量控制等方面分析了管道投产试压爆管的影响因素。对可能导致克乌成品油管道复线投产爆管的原因进行排查,认为该管道投产试压过程中不存在水压试验压力超过钢管本身的屈服极限,以及环境温度和水温过低的问题。焊缝质量不合格,疏于生产过程控制环节的质量检测,钢管本身力学性能要求存在问题,以及钢管经过工厂环节试压和强度试压导致内部缺欠扩展开裂,可能是试压爆管的主要原因。 This article introduced the project overview of the double line of Kewu product pipeline and the two squib accidents that occurred in the process of pressure test. The influencing factors of pipe burst pressure test are analyzed from the aspects of pipe strength and pipe defects, high frequency welding pipe manufacturing process and quality control of pipe manufacturing process. The investigation of the reasons that may lead to the squibing of the double-line pipelines of the CNOOC crude oil pipeline is concluded that there is no problem that the hydrostatic test pressure exceeds the yield limit of the steel pipe itself and the ambient temperature and the water temperature are too low during the pressure test of the pipeline. Weld quality unqualified, neglect quality control of the production process control section, the mechanical properties of the pipe itself, there are problems, as well as the steel pipe through the factory part of the test pressure and strength of the internal pressure test led to the expansion of cracks, may be the main reason for the test tube .
