今年9月,上海市质量协会成立30周年了。诞生于改革开放之际的上海市质量协会,始终与企业并肩奋斗,共同围绕我国经济建设的中心任务,大力推行全面质量管理。为提升企业的质量管理水平,增强城市质量软实力,做出了不懈的努力。值此上海市质量协会成立30周年之际,讴歌我国改革开放30多年来和加入WTO10年来在经济建设和企业质量管理方面取得的成就,进一步宣传贯彻国家《质量发展纲要(2011-2020年)》,本刊将陆续编发一组“纪念上海市质量协会成立30周年”的特稿。欢迎广大企业以“企业与质量协会共发展”为题向本刊投稿。
