本章由物资企业的特征入手,介绍了物资企业承担的任务、作用职能,进而阐述了物资企业管理的含义、目的和基本职能。着重从理论上阐明了物资企业管理的二重性以及如何围绕二重性的讨论指导物资企业更好地服务于社会,满足我国社会主义日益扩大的生产需求。在物资企业管理这一节论述了物资企业管理的原则、职能、管理的任务和管理的具体方法;分析了物资企业的素质。在第三节和第五节的后部对物资企业管理的基础工作加以了论述。这部份内容包括了企业管理工作的特征、意义和作用,按照国务院“‘八五’管理现代化发展纲要”的内容叙述了物资企业基础管理的基本内容和在计划管理中基础管理工作的具体内容。有关物资企业管理制度方面的内容则着重叙述了企业基本领导制度的二个根本制度—经理(厂长)负责制和职工民主管理制度。在对其它具体的工作制度和责任制度详细加以讲解时,结合物资企业管理的实践,详细列举了承包经营责任制的各种具体形式、它们之间的区别及如何完善承包经营责任制。本章最后对物资企业管理中首要的职能——计划管理,进行了较为详细的分析,从计划管理的依据、步骤到计划管理的内容都有较深入的讲述,是应该掌握的内容。
This chapter starts with the characteristics of material companies, introduces the tasks and functions that materials companies undertake, and then elaborates the meaning, purpose, and basic functions of material company management. It emphatically clarified the dual nature of material enterprise management and how to guide material companies to better serve the society and meet the increasing production demand of socialism in our country around the discussion of duality. In the material enterprise management section, this section discusses the principles, functions, management tasks, and management methods of material enterprise management; analyzes the quality of material companies. In the third and fifth quarters, the basic work of material enterprise management was discussed. This part includes the characteristics, significance and role of enterprise management work. According to the State Council’s “8th Five-Year Plan for the Modernization of Management Development”, it describes the basic content of the basic management of material enterprises and the specific content of basic management in the plan management. . The content of the material enterprise management system focuses on the two basic systems of the basic corporate leadership system—the manager (manager) responsibility system and the employee democratic management system.
