当前,随着经济全球化和信息技术的高速发展,企业的发展面临着新的情况和新的变化。其中,人力资源的竞争尤为激烈。但现实中,许多民营企业并没有真正从战略上重视这个问题,对这一问题认识不足、措施不力、创新不够。因此,如何在市场经济的激烈竞争中更有效地吸引、优化和创新人力资源管理,强化企业核心竞争力,是民营企业在新阶段必须面对的首要问题。
At present, with the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, the development of enterprises is facing new situations and new changes. Among them, the competition of human resources is particularly fierce. However, in reality, many private enterprises do not really pay any attention to this issue from a strategic point of view. They do not have enough understanding of this issue, and they have not taken sufficient measures to promote innovation. Therefore, how to attract, optimize and innovate human resources management more effectively and strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market economy is the most important issue that private-owned enterprises must face in the new stage.
