用发光二极管作为光源,在短波近红外区选择6个波长的滤光片作为分光器件,研制了单籽粒玉米油分无损测定仪。该仪器各项技术指标均达到设计要求,结构简单、性能稳定;测定单籽粒玉米油分的相关系数为0.968 8,标准差为0.72,平均相对误差为0.062。完全符合高油玉米育种工作的需要。
Using light-emitting diode as the light source, six wavelength filters were selected as the light-splitting devices in the short-wave near-infrared region. A single grain corn oil non-destructive tester was developed. The technical indicators of the instrument meet the design requirements, simple structure, stable performance; determination of single grain corn oil correlation coefficient of 0.968 8, the standard deviation of 0.72, the average relative error of 0.062. In full compliance with the high oil corn breeding needs.
