目的探讨根据收缩期二尖瓣反流评价左室收缩功能的价值。方法回顾分析25例左室收缩功能不全患者的收缩期二尖瓣反流情况。结果dp/dt max值范围:377~1255mm Hg/s,平均(903.8±293.1)mmHg/s;左室射血分数(EF):0.112~0.741,平均(0.447±0.148);左室短轴缩短率(FS):5.29%~43.7%,平均(23.2±8.9)%,dp/dt max和EF、FS呈正相关,和EF、FS一样能评价左室收缩功能,和临床心功能评价基本一致,比EF(FS)能更接近临床综合左室收缩功能评价的分级。结论dp/dt max和EF、FS同样能较好地评价左室收缩功能,其程度判断更接近临床综合评价。
Objective To evaluate the value of systolic mitral regurgitation in evaluating left ventricular systolic function. Methods Retrospective analysis of 25 patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with systolic mitral regurgitation. Results The range of dp / dt max ranged from 377 to 1255 mm Hg / s with an average of (903.8 ± 293.1) mmHg / s. The left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) ranged from 0.112 to 0.741 (mean, 0.447 ± 0.148) Rates (FS): 5.29% -43.7%, mean (23.2 ± 8.9)%, dp / dt max and EF, FS were positively correlated with left ventricular systolic function as EF and FS, Closer to EF (FS) is closer to the classification of clinical assessment of left ventricular systolic function. Conclusions dp / dt max and EF, FS can also evaluate left ventricular systolic function better, and its degree of judgment is closer to clinical comprehensive evaluation.
