街道党政企关系是指街道工委、办事处及街道经济综合管理部门三者间的工作关系的统称,是与城市街道建设紧密联系的重要方面。目前的街道党政企关系是在1958年街道组织系统初步形成以后各个时期党政企关系发展的结果。本文结合北京市有关情况,就街道政企关系的沿革与改革做一些探讨。一、街道党政企关系的历史发展和现状 1.街道党政企关系的沿革建国40多年来,街道党政企关系的沿革是与其三部分组织职能的变化相伴的。主要经历了以下几个时期:
