目前,我国经济和社会发展已经进入重质量、重特色时代。高职教育如果不注重人才培养质量,就培养不出来适应经济和社会发展的需要的人才。虽然部分高职院校已经重视到人文素质对于人才培养质量提升的影响,但仍有相当一部分高职院校受到社会环境、就业环境、政策环境等外部因素的影响,在思想重视程度、专业设置、校园人文环境营造等方面采取的措施不得其法,从而实际效果并不理想。针对此,笔者在实际调研的基础上,对高职院校大学生人文素质教育进行了探析,以期有助于我国高职院校学生人文素质教育质量的提高。 At present, our country’s economic and social development have entered a period of re-quality and heavy performance. Although some higher vocational colleges have paid attention to the influence of humanistic quality on the quality of personnel training, there are still a considerable number of higher vocational colleges affected by external factors such as social environment, employment environment and policy environment. In terms of ideological importance and professional setting , Campus cultural environment to create and so on the measures taken by the law, so the actual effect is not satisfactory. In view of this, on the basis of the actual investigation, the author probes into the humane quality education of college students in higher vocational colleges with a view to helping improve the quality of humanistic education of students in higher vocational colleges.
