本文提出了一种新的调水启动标准,该标准是由一组对水源水库与受水水库的蓄水状态综合判断条件构成。文中建立了跨流域调水启动标准优选的水库群联合调度模拟-优化模型,该模型以用水户缺水程度最轻、水库群弃水量最小和实际调水量与水行政主管部门确定的调水量之间的误差最小为目标函数,并采用并行多种群混合进化的粒子群算法PMSE-PSO对该模型进行优化求解。以我国北方3座具有多年调节性能的大型水库为例,进行了跨流域调水工程研究,结果表明:新的调水启动标准与水库群联合调度模型具有合理性与有效性。
This paper presents a new water transfer start-up standard, which is composed of a set of water source reservoir and receiving reservoir integrated state of judgment conditions. In this paper, a simulation-optimization model of multi-reservoir group scheduling with optimized inter-basin water diversion standards is established. This model uses the least amount of water shortage, the smallest amount of waste water and the actual amount of water transferred to the water administrative department The objective function is the minimum error between the two models. PMSE-PSO is used to optimize the model by parallel multi-population mixed evolutionary particle swarm optimization algorithm. Taking the three large reservoirs with multi-year regulating performance in the north of our country as an example, the inter-basin water diversion project is studied. The results show that the new water diversion start-up criterion and the reservoir group joint dispatch model are reasonable and effective.
