目的:为叶底红药材的鉴别提供参考依据。方法:对叶底红的植物形态、显微构造(徒手切片、粉末特征、叶表皮撕片)进行鉴别。结果:红色的叶背可作为叶底红形态鉴别的依据;根、茎横切面凯氏点明显、中柱鞘不明显、木质部木质化范围广,粉末含纤维状石细胞;全草各器官粉末都含有细长的多细胞非腺毛和基部膨大、腺头为圆形的多细胞腺毛。结论:叶底红的根、茎、叶中脉的横切面构造及其粉末特征可作为鉴别特征,为其研究和利用提供参考。
Objective: To provide a reference for identification of red leaf medicinal materials. Methods: The plant morphology, microstructure (bare hands, powder features, leaf epidermis tear film) were identified. Results: The red dorsal leaf blade could be used as the basis for the identification of the leaf red pattern. The Kjeldahl points of root and stem cross-sections were obvious, the pericycle was not obvious, the xylemization of xylem was extensive and the powder contained fibrous stone cells. All contain slender, multicellular non-glandular trichomes and basally swollen, glandular-shaped, multicellular glandular trichomes. CONCLUSION: The cross-section structure and powder features of roots in midribs, stems and leaves can be used as distinguishing features for reference and research.
