利用ANSYS对气缸进行建模仿真,建立气缸的冲击载荷模型,得到气缸在活塞冲击作用下的应力分布云图。在此基础上,利用ANSYS软件对气缸的疲劳寿命进行分析,并得到其疲劳使用寿命。最后,通过气动试验平台对气缸进行疲劳试验,得到了气缸的失效样件和疲劳使用寿命,验证了采用有限元法和应力-寿命法对气缸进行疲劳寿命分析的合理性和正确性,为气缸的疲劳寿命预测提供了一种方法和依据。
Using ANSYS to modeling and simulating the cylinder, the impact load model of the cylinder is established, and the stress distribution of the cylinder under the impact of the piston is obtained. On this basis, the use of ANSYS software to analyze the fatigue life of the cylinder and get the fatigue life. Finally, the pneumatic test platform was used to carry out the fatigue test on the cylinder, and the failure samples and the fatigue life of the cylinder were obtained. The rationality and correctness of the fatigue life analysis of the cylinder by finite element method and stress-life method were verified. Fatigue life prediction provides a method and basis.
