确定水资源可利用量是实现阿尔金山及羌塘高原区域生态环境维护与经济社会发展双赢的保障。首先、提出用倒算法计算研究区的水资源可利用量,明确涉及变量的概念及算法。其次、计算了研究区各分区的地表水资源量,湖泊、湿地需水量,河道需水量等变量,最终确定了各分区的地表水资源可利用量。再次、结合各分区水资源利用现状,进一步分析了各分区的水资源利用潜力。结果表明:东羌塘山间盆地区地表水资源开发利用潜力较小;柴达木盆地西缘区开发利用潜力较大;阿尔金山北麓区开发利用潜力不大。最后、建议在研究区建立相应的水文、气象、生态等监测站点,为研究区水资源的合理开发、利用与保护奠定基础。
Determining the availability of water resources is a win-win guarantee to achieve ecological environment protection and economic and social development in the Altun Mountains and the Qiangtang Plateau. First of all, it is proposed that the inverted algorithm is used to calculate the water resource availability in the study area, and the concept and algorithm of the variable are clearly defined. Secondly, the variables of surface water resources, lakes, wetland water demand and river water demand in each subarea of the study area are calculated, and finally the available amount of surface water resources in each subarea is determined. Thirdly, combined with the status of water resources utilization in each sub-district, the potential of water resources utilization in each sub-district is further analyzed. The results show that there is little potential for exploitation and utilization of surface water resources in the basin area of the East Qiangtang basin. The potential for exploitation in the western margin of the Qaidam basin is great. There is little potential for development and utilization in the northern foot of the Altun Mountains. Finally, it is suggested to establish corresponding hydrological, meteorological and ecological monitoring sites in the study area to lay a foundation for the rational development, utilization and protection of water resources in the study area.
