随着文化教育的进步,高校编辑出版专业在不断的发展与扩招,并取得了一定的效果。但是,编辑出版专业毕业生的就业状况并不乐观,需要调整该专业的教学模式以适应市场需求,本文将从改革教材内容,坚持与时俱进;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师的专业素质;优化教学方法,加强案例教学;培养创新型人才,提高学生的综合能力这四个方面来浅谈编辑出版教育的“市场化”思考,希望可以为编辑出版专业的发展提供帮助。
With the progress of culture and education, colleges and universities editing and publishing professionals in the continuous development and expansion of enrollment, and achieved some results. However, the employment status of editors and publishing graduates is not optimistic, and the teaching mode of this specialty needs to be adjusted to meet the market demand. This article will reform the content of teaching materials, insist on keeping pace with the times, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and improve the professional quality of teachers. Optimize the teaching methods, strengthen case teaching; cultivate innovative talents, improve students’ comprehensive ability to discuss the “market-oriented” thinking of editorial and publishing education, hoping to help editors and publishing professional development.
