通过比色法对 3种砧木 (毛樱桃、毛桃、山杏 )嫁接的大石早生李及其授粉树盖县大李的芽、枝皮以及叶片的 IAA氧化酶活性进行测定 ,并对其各树体生长势指标进行测量。经分析得出 :不同砧木对李树树体生长势的影响极大 ,毛樱桃作为砧木的两种李树的树体生长量最小 ,而毛桃作砧木的两种李树的树体生长量最大 ,即 :毛樱桃作李子砧木具有明显的矮化作用。不同砧木的李树 IAA氧化酶活性存在着极显著差异 ,毛樱桃作为砧木的李树 IAA活性显著高于其它两种。IAA活性的高低与树体的树高、干周、冠径以及树冠体积等生长势指标呈显著负相关 ,且与砧木的矮化性呈负相关 [1] 。
The IAA oxidase activities of shoots, shoots and leaves of Daphniptera striatum and their pollination trees were assessed by colorimetric method. Body growth potential indicators were measured. The analysis showed that: different rootstocks have a great influence on the growth of plum tree body, two cherry trees as the rootstock hairy tree growth of the smallest, while the two tree species of plum as rootstocks the largest growth, namely : Prunus mume plum rootstock has obvious dwarfing effect. IAA oxidase activity of plum tree was significantly different among different rootstocks. IAA activity of plum tree rootstock was significantly higher than that of the other two rootstocks. IAA activity was negatively correlated with growth vigor indexes such as tree height, dry week, crown diameter and canopy volume, and negatively correlated with dwarfing of rootstock [1].
